General Contracting
Realizing that your project could be a new thought or twenty years in the making, Drakes Creek Builders, LLC. wants to provide you with quality General Contracting and Engineering to ensure that your project is completed on time and within or under budget. As your general contractor, Drakes Creek Builders will ensure accurate cost management by securing contracts with qualified subcontractors and suppliers through competitive bidding.
During construction, Drakes Creek Builders will hold regular job site project meetings, allowing for the construction team to address potential challenges and concerns, as well as keeping the team up to speed on progress and costs. We realize that 10 years down the road your project will continue to be a reflection on Drakes Creek Builders. With this in mind, we team with subcontractors who hold high quality standards as they carry out your vision.
We also promise to maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the project’s duration and see you through a quick and thorough close-out process so you can begin to utilize your building for its intended purpose.
Design Build

One entity holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build — from estimation, assessments and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post-construction. This entity, the Design-Builder, manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and materials providers.
Construction Management
Drakes Creek Builders, LLC realizes the importance of coordination and teamwork on construction projects and uses proven construction management practices to ensure a positive team experience. Because of this, Drakes Creek Builders involvement with the owner, architect and consultants ensures each project’s quality completion.
From conceptual design to certificate of occupancy, Drakes Creek Builders gives the client access and involvement in the cost, schedule, constructability, start up and warranties through conceptual estimating, value engineering, thorough site investigation, coordination of construction documents and contract administration cost control.
To ensure that we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, our estimators, project principals, project managers and superintendents are involved from the preconstruction phase until project completion.
